Inquiry:

The air cooling roller table is about 90 meters, roller table speed 0.3-1.2m/s, 9 sets of cooling fans. The cooling fan electrical cabinet is controlled by 5 frequency converters,(Siemens G120 ) and 4 soft-starters(made in China), the qty of Jialing air-cooling segment is 6 sets, the position is in the No.1-3 section of main air cooling segment. The min falling segment height is 60mm, standard falling segment height is 200mm, lubrication uses concentrated lubrication oil system, the chains are lubricated manually with oils.

The length is 275 meters, it is consisted of Type-C hook, steel structures, electric cabinet, weighing station(one set, with electrical control, hydraulic, brand-stamper, computer), coil discharger (1 set, two rolls six coils, with electrical control, hydraulic )
