The laying head arranged horizontally is inclined 15°downward and consists of a pipe of installed on the rotary core shaft and driving unit. The rotary core shaft is driven by a direct current governor motor through a pair of bevel gear. The pipe will send out coils with the outside diameter meets the requirement as long as the pipe rotates at the set rotation rate. The rotary core shaft of laying head consists of two parts: the end of laying head and hollow shaft, in which the end of laying head is used for fixing the pipe and the hollow shaft inside the transmission case is driven by bevel gear. Conduit is plug in the inside center, a water-cooled bushing is installed between the conduit and hollow shaft to cool the conduit down and prevent the high temperature of work-pieces from being transferred to the bearing on the hollow shaft. The transmission gearbox of laying head is welded; the form of lubrication of the gear and bearing inside the case body is thin oil centralized lubrication. All the gears are hard tooth flank grinding gears with tooth flank correction、tooth root reinforcement processing and level 4-accuracy.
The wire spinning disk is covered inside the barrel-type protective cover which is used for protection and inclined layout. The upper half structure can be opened by the hydraulic cylinder which is used for replacing the pipe. The upper shell must be closed during normal operation.
